Small but Mighty
Hey Red Communications is founded and led by Amy Gaston. As a Marketing Executive for over 20 years serving at several companies in the technology, healthcare, and global spaces, it was from first -hand experience Amy had encountered the challenges presented when seeking outside marketing help for web design, graphic design, writing, etc. Not only was vetting outside vendors/talent a time-consuming exercise, but the vetting process was flawed. There were very few ways to discover information about the work ethics of the vendors. Selecting the wrong fit vendor partner can have disastrous results. That is why one of the first steps Amy took when establishing Hey Red Communications was to create a trusted vendor group who she could rely upon to help deliver projects to her clients on point, with high impact, and on time and within budget. At Hey Red, you do not only benefit from Amy’s expertise, but also from a team of specialized creative experts who make up the vitally creative team at Hey Red Communications.
Psychology of Marketing
Marketing at its core is a psychological game. After all, the most successful marketing strategies are always the ones based on a true understanding of the internal motivations of the consumer’s mind: Why they buy. What they buy. When they buy. Where they buy. How they buy. At Hey Red we will help you discover answers to these pertinent questions. We will also take a psychological approach to how we work with you, our client. We do this in every step of our process.

The first step in our process is meeting you face to face.
We want to make sure our values are in alignment and that it’s a good fit for both of us.

During our discovery process we want to uncover all the ways which we can fill the gaps, help you reach your goals
and how we can generally make your life a whole lot easier.
3. Removing the blinders:
We will help answer unanswered questions and investigate how you can improve engagement with your customers. We will develop strategies for strengthening what is already working, eliminating what is not working and come up with new and exciting ways to reach your marketing goals.
4. Remove Blocks:
We have all heard how being in denial in our personal lives can be detrimental to our lives. Being in denial in your business can be just as detrimental to your professional life. We will explore any blocks you may have as an owner or a manager and together knock down the blocks to your success.
5. Team Player:
There is a great advantage to being part of a team, but with the vantage point of an outsider. Sometimes a team really does just need another player, an extra helping hand, another set of eyes, or even a temporary manager who can lead the team to the win. Hey Red can be the one member of the team whose only goal is to have everyone win. When you win, we have won.
6. Accountability Partner:
Much of the work we do depends on steps the business owners, managers and staff must take to implement the strategy we have developed for them. Having someone holding the key players accountable can be the driver behind action, where in the past there might have been stagnation.
7. Relationships Matter:
Once we have developed a relationship with your company we want you to know, whenever we are needed in the future we will be here for you. Because to us, relationships really do matter and trust is everything.
